The auto express pass is a ripoff at 10 dollars to activate $7 dollars a day plus tolls,. When you can just buy your own auto express card for $20 bucks. When you buy your own card it comes with 10 dollars in it already to use. The $100.00 penalty for not excepting your auto express plan then accidentally going through. Is ridiculous. This would be the only reason I would not recommend this agency to anyone I know or do business with.

That was the last time I rented from Allied. First of all nobody answered the phone for pick up, but we were lucky that they answered to other travelers. So we waited at the airport 45 min. Then we got to the office spend another hour in line. Finally they charged much higher amount than it was qouted thru email. I would not recommend this car rental to the biggest enemy. AWFUL

Obtaining the vehicle took a little longer than anticipated until a second individual jumped in to help. All in all, it was a good experience and I'll be sure to rent and refer this place again.

I did not wanted the autoexpreso but still it was left it in the contract, and upon return i was charge $50 extra. I have rented from ALLIED before and i always get excellent service but this time this person was very robotic, talking on his cellphone and and not really paying attention that probably why he did not understand what i was saying. I am a GM of a hotel in Fort Lauderdale and i have prohibited the use of cellphones on property, i think that this is something you should establish.

The rates we where quoted where not honored. They added on some bs fees upon arrival and since it was one in the morning and pouring rain we had no choice but to pay the higher rate. We where also given a smaller vehicle then we reserved and horrible customer service! We would never rent from or refer to Allied again!
