i WAIT MORE THAN 30 MINUTES AT THE AIRPORT FOR PICKUP, AFTER THAT THE LINE TOOK ME AN HOUR TO BE SERVED. FINALLY WHEN I GOT THE TERMS THEY WERE TOO DIFFERENT TO THE ACTUAL RESERVATION. ALSO WHEN I GOT THE CAR I GOT ONLY AN 1/4 OF TANK. BESIDES THAT THE TIRES HAD BUMPS OR SOMETHING BECAUSE , WHN I WAS DRIVING IN THE HIGHWAYS IT WAS TO NOISY AND SHAKY. i DID COMPLAINT AT FRONT DESK, THE ONLY ANSWER WAS "WE ARE SORRY" . I USED TO RENT CAR WITH YOU BEFORE, BUT I DONT THINK I WILL AGAIN.

My contract number is 189356 and I have to pay 459 dollars, but 584 € were paid by my bank. I have the copy of the contract right here and unless the money is back by tuesday here in Spain I would cancel the payment. The service was poor and totally a lie.

Pickup good.But took almost 2 hrs at rental office. agent took 20-30 min per customer on paperwork, including reentry of info we gave online when making reservation.Totally unacceptable! Ruined first day of trip.Had to pay many hidden charges not mentioned in reservation process.Agent said if we gave proof of insurance next day, ins charge would be waived, but charged for one day anyway.Should get refund.We will NEVER rent from allied again! Return agent good but 30 min wait for him to arrive.

Great rental company but needs more staffing. I do not want to wait and hr or so to rent a car that's already reserved. If there can be a greater faster easier way to get your rental for loyal customers that would be much better.
