The car was visibly dirty and it smelled of cigarettes!
I was charged auto express at 6.95 a day for 10 day rental. I knew I was not going to spend that amount in 1 day. I had rented with allied before and I got charged based on usage. I asked if I was going to get a refund for not accumulating 6.95 a day and I was told no. I feel that they stole my money. It will not rent from allied again and I will pass this information along. On line rental was 275.00. I paid 420.00 at location

I have rented many times from the Aguadilla location and was satisfied. This was my first time from San Juan... and will never rent from your San Juan location again.
