I travel quite often to Puerto Rico and I always use Allied for my car rentals. The service is reliable, which I value greatly since I always travel on the red eye flights. The prices are very resonable and the cars are always ready. I have recommended Allied to a few of my friends and they have been happy as well.
I booked the vehicle to be picked up from the isle verde location as we were staying just down the street at the intercontinental when I went to get it it wasn't there and I had to spend 2 hours being taken to the airport and waiting for it to be cleaned There were add ons that were not disclosed when it was booked and a facility fee for picking it up from the airport which is not what I had booked

I cancelled my reservation, because there were no cars available at the time of pick up : 1:30 AM.
Hidden fees
I have rented from this place before and I have never had a worse experience than I did this time around.
I will never ever rent with this company again. Neither will I recommend it to anyone going to Puerto Rico. The staff mmember's lack of knowledge costed Me an excess of $40.
Great overall experience
I waited about 1 1/2 in the room in order to get the car. Car was really dirty inside, I wanted a sedan style car they end up giving me a really small car for a ridiculous rate, I won't use allied ever again either recommend it.
