I was charged auto express at 6.95 a day for 10 day rental. I knew I was not going to spend that amount in 1 day. I had rented with allied before and I got charged based on usage. I asked if I was going to get a refund for not accumulating 6.95 a day and I was told no. I feel that they stole my money. It will not rent from allied again and I will pass this information along. On line rental was 275.00. I paid 420.00 at location

Even though the rental rate seems affordable - $20.00 - the add-ons (taxes, fees, tolls, mandatory insurance) is usually 2.5 times the rental rate. Thus, the quote was for $20 and we ended up paying $77. Definitely prohibitive.

too long to get a car even if you book in advance. You still have to stand inline for two hours. I got a dirty car insidethe guy outside didnt care.I missed my appointment with the Federal Aviation Administration. Also I missed my checking time flight waiting on the shuttle bus and standing in line to return the car. After all the poor customer service and missing my flight I went back to rent the same type of car for another day and the price was tripled. Unbelievable. Lisa helped me the best.
