I arrived at the Aguadilla Airport at 4 in the morning and called the number sent to me via email for pickup contact. It turns out that the number sent to me was for San Juan Airport. When I finally reached someone at Aguadilla airport to get picked up. The gentleman told me that they didn't have any cars. So my reservation was basically for nothing. Left my stranded at 4 AM at the airport. Easily one of the worst experiences I've had.
The staff at Allied Car And Truck Rental were really helpful in helping rent a car when other rental car companies were not. I got my wallet stolen at St. Thomas airport so when I arrived to San Juan I did not have credit cards. No rental card company tried to find a way to assist me. However, Allied Car And Truck Rental was supportive and worked with me so I was able to secure a car and do the business I was scheduled to in PR. They will be my #1 choice in PR.

la mayoria fue bien pero creo que se deviera enmendar lo del cobro de toll porque si cobran 10.00 dolares por actibar el servicio entonces porque cobrar casi 7.00 dolares diarios por el toll cuando no te gastas en un viage ida y vuelta al area oeste de la isla. Pero por lo demas estubo bien todo. Gracias Dios les bendiga ,es major lo poquito justo que lo mucho injusto.

Toll fees are to expensive. Toll pass is required on all cars in PR using highways. For me the activation charge of 10.00 dollars should be eliminated.

Even though the vehicle was excellent I found a very high price compared to other places.
There were additional fees that were not listed on the website. These fees were not listed in either the price quote or in the terms and conditions on the website.
