They did not let me know that it was a 10 dollar charge a day for the ezpass and I also had to pay for the times I did pass the ezpass they also charged me for an insurance I didn't want
Car was not clean and I was charged an extra 35$ for a little sand on the carpets. I have never had to return a car by running it through the car wash first. An obvious scam for an extra bit of cash. It was insulting.
Worst car rental experience of my long travel life. Just a scam of getting more money from you when it’s 4AM and you have no choice.
Arrived at location with a reservation and was told there were no vehicles available. There were 6 or 7 other people in front of me in the same situation. Had to find another vehicle at a different rental company.

The car has too many little hits. The wippers did not work properly. The seat belt sign in the dashboard was beeping all the time even when the seat belt buckled!
Very Professional staff. Easy as 1,2,3. I had grat experience and and awsome price. Next time for vacation i will definitely come back and rent again.

I rent an economic vehicle through the website and when I arrived it was not available. They told me that those transactions are worked manually. They offered me a jeep because it was what they had available, but I had to pay more and since I did not want to damage my plans I took it
perfect!
