Car pick up imply pick up in airport. It wasn't. I made reservation time accordingly to arrival. By the time we took your bus and wait on line the reservation was cancelled. The employee was not willing to assist. I Made another one and with 3 customers ahead took exactly 1 hour before we got served. Also the car was beat up. Not a happy camper

The base rate was low, but there were so many fees and taxes that it was deceptive. Taxes are a part of life, but the fees felt like a scam.
