Car pick up imply pick up in airport. It wasn't. I made reservation time accordingly to arrival. By the time we took your bus and wait on line the reservation was cancelled. The employee was not willing to assist. I Made another one and with 3 customers ahead took exactly 1 hour before we got served. Also the car was beat up. Not a happy camper
The base rate was low, but there were so many fees and taxes that it was deceptive. Taxes are a part of life, but the fees felt like a scam.
The vehicle was very comfortable. I did compare the rate with other Rentals and you had the most affordable rate. the customer service was very efficient.

I reserved a 15 passengers cargo and I received one for 13. The employee Miguel Lopez was very courteous but depends on all decision on his manager who was located in another place. As per instruction of Mr. Lopez I returned the car at approximately 9:pm on the same date on night drop off box and they charge me for another day. I asked for the credit since yesterday and I didn't received it yet. The Central Office people are so rude. I'm waiting for my credit. I have visited the office twice.
I am very disappointment with my last experience at Aguadilla, P.R. on January 10th, 2019. contract# 27157. I reserved a midsize car was not available. They gave us a dirty car after almost 2 hours. We returned the car and they are charging us with smoking fees. I DON'T smoke. I didn't signed the contract. I am disputing the $250.00. Mr. Miguel Larrieux was rude. Need someone to contact me or will write a letter the corp. offices. I always rent from this company. Very disappointing.
