Terrible service, I waited more than half an hour for them to provide me the service, and they didn't know if the vehicle was available. They charged me around $ 300 for a one-day service, and they allegedly returned a portion of the money in 3 to 5 days, and have not yet returned it. I booked online and it has nothing to do with the price they tell you. Not recommended.

The staff are very courteous and friendly. Laura the customer representative is outstanding at her job. Very friendly and helpful.

Solo para uso en calidad de siempre mejorar el servicio hago los comentarios. La persona que me atiende directamente Liza Rivera (Mi rate de staff es solo para ella) es la única que ha sido amable y siempre procura brindar el mejor servicio. Las otras tres chicas que me han tocado complican todos los procesos de alquiler siempre y no son amables, deficientes. En cuanto al vehículo, las últimas dos veces me han entregado pick-up demasiado sucias y con un olor interior muy incomodo.

The customer service was horrible - they set the phone down and didnt even ask me to hold. They didn't have the truck i rented (even though i saw it in the lot) so they had to upsell me on a bigger truck. Probably to gets sales in higher for month end. The would not honor my rate, so i ended up paying triple the amount. Not a great experience at all. Will not rent from this place again.

for the first time renting a car in puerto rico (were from there) it was an amazing experience and I would definitely rent there again specially under age fees that aren’t extremely bad at all

There was a mix up on the rental days and the reservation was cancelled. The customer service representative on Aug 26 2019 at approximately 3pm quickly pulled up another reservation and we were on our way. Outstanding job on her part.

Car esurance policy, I have a 2013 and they say is not working because is from 2014 and up ,and you car esurance is ridiculous expensive
