We have only rented from Zoom twice but have spread the word to everyone we know about how great this service is. Quotes are prompt , no surprises on the final bill, pick up and delivery super easy, absolutely no complaints which is RARE in the age of blatant lying in advertising!
We live in Vancouver and think a service out here would be fabulous...good continuing luck in your business, cheers!
The Honda Civic was fairly new but the driver's seat was way too low and I couldn't figure out how to raise the bottom. I don't think it has that adjustment and it was a deep butt seat.... Otherwise it was fine. Not what I wanted to drive but it was a good car.
The young lady speaks way too fast for my old ears to keep up. I have rented here before about 5 times in 10 + years so I knew the routine. Otherwise, I would have stopped her several times.

Great service! Lost our rental car keys. Paul dropped off second set on his way to Niagara on this day off which solved an otherwise very complicated problem for us. We so appreciated this extra effort. We have used Zoom many times and have always found your staff, drivers and front office, very courteous and helpful. I recommend Zoom to anyone flying in to Toronto.
I look forward to our next trip to Toronto.

What you see as the price when choosing Zoom VS other car rentals online is vastly different from what you end up paying. Zoom appears to be the cheapest option but then they add in a number of other fees. They charge you fees based on proximity to Pearson Airport yet other, closer off-site rentals don't charge this fee. In the end it's no cheaper than renting at the airport which doesn't involve any hassle of going off site. Our sales person had the the personality of a snake-oil dealer.

the insurance fees added were not explained and no alternatives were offere.although i had a car insurance cover in my credit card that was used.
