Customer service is lacking among some employees. But others make it up for it. I am a local and used to a bit more courteous treatment. Value was great, vehicle was great. Overall I am satisfied with my first time experience with zoom.
I rented minivan picked up from Mississauga location waited more than half an hour , van was just washed with simple water no soap or brush used to remove dirt.also inside was dirty,lots of dirt in all of the cup holders and pockets provided on door trims and cabin.please pay attention on cleanliness before vehicle deleivered to customer. Lots of marks spotted on seat and head rest

We were promptly picked up at the air port and recieved a new, clean car. When we returned the car we paid exactly what we were quoted online. You can not find a cheaper rate for a rental for a whole week!!

great price, much cheaper than the bigger guys. The wait time to be picked isn't ideal, but understandable given that it's a smaller outlet.
