Had to wait for over 20 mins to be picked up from the airport. The car was clean and nice, but cigarette odor seemed to permeate the car. Otherwise the overall experience was pleasant . Will definitely recommend to others as well as rent again if in Toronto. Thank you.

i have been renting from zoom car rental for the past year. they consistently have competitive rates and also match rates. also the rates are in canadian dollar, which is a big benefit. the cars are newer and location has easy access to the highway.
