I'm really glad I rented from zoom. It was extremely affordable for me on my trip to Toronto. The car I received was excellent and the customer service was great. I would rent again from zoom!

I arrived with my foreigner driver's license and credit card as these were stated as required in the website. They requested a passport as well. Why it wasn't written in the website, that one id with picture is not enough?

I waited for a pick-up for 1 1/2 hours. A van did come by at 3/4 hour but was unmarked
and the driver did not identify himself or enquire for me. I was standing outside waiting.
Over all it was a great experience. 100% satisfaction.
I have no comment.
