Everything was fine until I returned the car. I was half an hour late and even though I had called the day before asking for an extra hour at no charge I was charged for an extra day. When I phoned the day before I gave my name and told the man that I had received an hour's grace on pick-up and would like to do the same on drop-off. He said it was okay. I will not be recommending Zoom to anyone else. Some ass named Mike wouldn't even come out to talk to me. He let an employee do his dirty work.

Pick up a little slow but traffic cannot be controlled. It is worth the wait to use Zoom
I have rented from Zoom for about 6 years now...usually twice a year for a minimum of 2 weeks....it is good to see the same faces over this time...always a pleasure to deal with them...
I have rented from Zoom for several years and have always been satisfied and never had any complaint . It would be great if a bottle of cold water were available or offered.
Was given a Mazda Sedan. Good on gas. No cruise control no Bluetooth. Subpar rental car. If I receive a car like that again, I will no longer use Zoom. Service was great otherwise.

Shuttle wouldn't take us to our terminals. No washer fluid in car when we got it and it was dirty.
Rental daily rate was very good.
However, the mandatory car insurance fee was high, making the entire rental fee less than good.
