Rental was good - I thought the rate was the complete charge and found out the fees and taxes were not included. Still an OK deal but would have like to see complete rate when looking at the quotes.

The only negative experience was during the shuttle back to the airport. The driver continued to turn up the radio so that he could hear his program. This made it very loud and uncomfortable. we tried to have a conversation with the other travelers in the van but the more we talked, the louder the driver turned up the radio.
The timeline between calling for pick from the airport and being picked up is took long. They tell you 10 mins but it took over an hour. Way too long to wait for pick up.
Windows were dirty and had (finger or dog nose) smudged, in an out. Had purchase my own window cleaning wipes and clean the windows.

You have to really watch rates. Don’t book last minute
Due to my flight landing very late, I was not able to get to the agency before closing. A family member notified them that we would pick up the car the next day at 11:00 a.m. When I arrived at the agency, I was told that my reserved car was not available and that I could have an oversize vehicle as a substitute. I was informed that this was company policy and not the agency's I was charged the rate for the oversized vehice and also had to pay for the huge amount of gas that the guzzler use
I rent regularly from Zoom when traveling to Toronto. Never a problem with this company.
