We've been renting from Zoom for a long time now. Every time we go to Toronto, we go with them. I'm super excited that they now have an agency in Calgary. Visiting friends and family will be referred to them for sure!
Most staff were excellent, one female staff on phone was curt and somewhat unpleasant to talk to.

Car cleaning should be improved
Terrible experience when returning the car.Needed a ride to the airport and ,besides asking their drivere to hold on a bit,he left to the airport. The attendant said that it would take another 20-25min for him to return.By then I^d be too close to miss my flight. He offred me to call a cab ,but AT MY EXPENSE !!
Also he didn^t wanted to give me the receipt because "he was too busy with other customers.I called a cab (cost me $25.00 and had to the airport. I will certainly avoid Zoom in the futur
was an easy experience. Everything went smoothly, the pick up was on time, nice car, nice people, well done.
