You have to be a Philadelphia Lawyer to decipher the Rental terms., not that I am..…...but other customers were having difficulties resolving the online requirements.
Overall good rental agency. Location is a bit of drive from the airport, so be prepared.

I have rented from Zoom several times. I find that the value, service and overall experience they provide is unmatched. It is a little inconvenient to have to be shuttled off site for our vehicle however, their service is good and the excellent rates they provide (typically 30% below others), make is well worth it. This time around, there was a glitch in our being picked up in a timely manner however, Tejinder made up for it by explaining the situation, and giving us a complementary upgrade!
Experince was good, as a freqent customer it would be nice to be sent the odd savings coupon!! Dave the shuttle driver is the best!!
For the first time using Zoom Auto I was a little sceptical as their rates were substantially cheaper, but I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service, wait times, and vehicle they provided. Would definitely use them again.
