Loved Car - was better then expected!
An hour after our pick up time we finally got picked up.
When the driver unloaded our bags he broke my sister's luggage. The wheel snapped right off. She said "um you broke my bag" and all he did was look at her, look at the bag, and walk away. No apology. Nothing.
We mentioned it to the woman at the desk and she said she would have the manager call us regarding this issue. No one called. (We mentioned it again when we were dropping off the car and were given the manager's email address).
At the start of my rental 1.5 hours of my time was wasted trying to persuade me that I needed liability insurance. Eventually it was accepted that I was covered for this by my German credit card. Upon returning the vehicle we went through the whole charade once again! The driver who took us back to the airport terminal 1 tried leaving us at terminal 3 and told us to make our own way to terminal 1. Very poor service - never will recommend this company.
Used the Zoom Rent-a-Car service frequently for a number of years now. always had great cars and great service.
We have rented from Zoom 3 or 4 times and each time has been a good experience. We recommended Zoom to our son when he travelled to Toronto.
I've been using Zoom for a few years. They don't seem to ever realize that I am a very regular customer, which is too bad. But their prices are great, and service is fine. Never had a problem. In fact, when I've had to rent with the name brand places like Budget, my experiences have been very poor compared to Zoom.
Had to ring twice for pick up and kept us waiting 45 mins minimum. After the 8 hr flight and journey to the airport in the UK you just want to get to your destination and we had 75 miles to travel and 5 hr time difference.
Only other downside was the insurance we were forced to take which wasn't included in the quote. I will always check in future that we have nothing additional to pay.
The car was great and the staff pleasant
We have rented several times before with Zoom. We are very satisfied. One comment: Our last driver to the airport was friendly and helped well with our bags....., but handled the steering, braking and throttle erratically. I felt less than safe with him at the wheel.

20 minutes before pick-up date an agent called my mobile to inform that they are sold out and not having any more available cars. I travelled all the way to them just to hear that notification.
My reservation vas done at least 24 hours before.
