Good experience but was told I was getting an upgrade on my rental but did not
The staff was very helpful Specifically Jennifer. The car was clean , worked well and pick up and return was flawless. Will definitely use again and recommend

No issues
Online reservation doesn’t not show in the system on arrival for pickup. You would have to wait for it to be entered in the system. You are charged unknown fees with no explanation. Promised discounts are not honored. Cannot meet or talk to a manager/supervisor to discuss problems.
This was the worst rental experience ever!
Waited 6 hours for agent. Then told they will not honor the rate on the reservation. Had to rent another vehicle at 4 times the quoted price.
And the rep was extremely rude.
NEVER use this company.
