Jennifer is excellent at Customer Service and very knowledgeable. The cars I have rented work well, just lack a bit of power. I will try to rent the larger sized vehicles next time to compare. I have always had a great experience renting from you and will continue to do so.

I've rented from here multiple times over the last several year and all the vehicles are in good condition, the interior is clean and in immaculate condition, no smoking in any of the vehicles which is a plus and overall friendly staff

During the checkout process; sadly there was an accusation of damage on my end—I had to provide photographic evidence from the check in process that I took that confirmed that the damage was present there in the first place. That left a sore taste in my mouth
