The vehicle was in good condition and clean but the stereo has no Bluetooth, no screen with reverse camera as other options obtained before. Staff is great and friendly.

At first, the agent mentioned not being able to locate the reservation in their system although I showed her the confirmation I received in email from booking online. Nevertheless, there were ample cars so we did not have a problem and was able to get a vehicle fairly smoothly. I recommended rectifying whatever this issue is for high season rentals just in case.
The car was clean, drives well and the price was reasonable. The check-in and check-out process was hassle free.
The staff knew exactly what they were doing and were very helpful in ensuring that I was happy with all my concerns.
