Communication before the start of the rental and again near the end, handled through WhatsApp was excellent. When the air conditioning in the first vehicle stopped working, a replacement was quickly provided for the remainder of the rental. The seamless swap and proactive support made the entire experience simple and reassuring, resulting in a very positive overall impression.

All the Xtra staff go above and beyond to serve us. Especially appreciated is their showing up at 1:30 in the morning when planes tend to arrive. Communication is exceptional giving us such confidence that we will have a car when we arrive (we have not had one with some of your communication, despite having confirmed reservations). Prices are excellent and the cars are always clean and mechanically sound. Xtra is our go to car rental agency!
