I would like a car the next time, with adjustable seating heights, My only problem was, I could not elevate the seat high enough for me to feel comfortable driving so I was basically leaning forward to see comfortably ahead. I would really appreciate that factor taken in with some thought.

There need to be better signage at the counter as it was difficult to find the correct counter. Also the cars required some maintenance

this maybe my last rental with xtra, i am now 67 yrs old and your rental agency does not rent cars to over 65 yrs old, thank to my wife who was on vacation with me this time was able to do the rental, having rented from your agency for over 10 yrs would think of some loyalty to continuing customers.

The rates are low, but they will charge you afterwards for damages which were already there. The cars are old.
First time user and definitely will be a repeat client. The process was thorough and hassle free. Great staff Randy and Jennifer were helpful, friendly and professional!
