Terrible experience. Tried to call to inform them. My flight was delayed. No response. Left a voicemail and call never returned. Was not able to get a shuttle to the car rental place and went somewhere else. I will NOT rent from VIA again. Waste of time and money.

Avoid at all cost. Best scenario you will not get a car, worst, you will get a vehicle with so many additional charges that it won’t make sense to rent from them. One of the worst experiences.

We arrived in Tampa at 12:30 a.m. i texted as instructed when we arrived. We waited 15 min. and then called, and there was no answer. I could not leave a message as the number had not set up the mailbox. We texted and called several more times and nothing. We waited almost an hour and had to call an Uber. I called, texted and emailed the next day and got no response. We rented from another agency.
