The business was closed during my scheduled reservation pick up time and no one would answer the phone when I called. I came the next day and the fees nearly quadrupled the price that was quoted. I left with out the car.

Was given a car with a flat tire. Staff advised it was “just a bad sensor”. Had to fill the tire multiple times. Asked for compensation for the hassle and was spoke to disrespectfully about them having no solution to the problem. They lied to us and gave us a car with a flat tire and blamed the sensor. We sent an email about it when we returned home. No response. Very disappointed. Will never rent from her again and will make sure family and friends do not also.

The rate that was posted on the website was different from what was given.ON the website stated at a 20.00 rate for the amount of total days I rented the vehicle., I was given a different rate when picking up the vehicle.The building had no sign outside the building only on the side of the building which make it hard from the streets it looked like it a banded building there should be a least 2 agents in the building for the simple reasons(1) safety issues and (2) better Customer Service.

Had a confirmed Reservation for $26 including taxes and fees…. Got to counter and they were going to add $146 in additional fees and taxes. I refused and returned to the airport for a better experience. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Bait and Switch!

Wonderful people! Rental rate was 5x what I was told. LOTS of hidden fees and still no deposit back. Would rent from them again if they make it right about my rate
