Every thing about the experience exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The ban was very nice. Easy pickup. Smooth return. Great prices. Will definitely use them again.
Mini Van was not there to rent. They sent someone to get one - 40 minute wait which was ok because we walked to little italy to get lunch. Returned and van was given to someone else. Another van came another 30 minutes later and another man behind the counter who we had hardly seen said to the man we were working with that we could not have that one. We left- lied to three specific times. Used Enterprise nearby to get our van.

Really helpful the agent that helped me..I already referred some of my friends to rent from AVR..And cant wait to rent again from this place..Quick and fast,..I didn't even wait..I walked in and walked back out..Thank you AVR..
Everything went smoothly.
Everything was good, other than the van needed a good wheel alignment as the steering wheel wobbled madly whenever we got up to speed on the freeway.
People were great but ended up over charging us for the wifi they offered and then it didn't work. Van was clean and nice but rate was very high.
I didn't need to be picked up.
Staff was exceptional!!!. I would rent again just van seats need to be cleaned
