Had plenty of room and worked for what we wanted
I made a reservation online to pick up the van at 10pm, but when i came i was told that my van was not available untill 11, there was 1 van available but it was a very old van with 100k+ miles on it, and the van was old and filthy. Luckily there was a customer dropped off a van but i gota pay 25$ because the van was new!??!?!?!? I was not very happy with it but since the rate was not bad and i was in a hurry so im just ok with it
The customer service with AVR in Orange County is excellent. They are always courteous and will always make accommodations for our group. The vans are always in good condition. We rent from AVR 4-5 times a year and would not go anywhere else

Would recommend to others only as a last resort, or if location/price considerations outweighed terrible service.
This is the second year we have rented from AVR and we will continue to do so. This year I established a corporate account and I was hoping that would shorten the amount of paperwork done when the vehicles were picked up.
