I would never rent from this agency again. They did not provide the van requested under contract. In addition, there were unexplained fees, couldn't get a straight answer on anything, and unwilling to work with us. Unprofessional and unknowledgeable. They made us pick up the van in a random garage and dropped it off in a random parking lot. Not a legit place to rent a vehicle. Stay away from this company.

The van that was reserved became unavailable through an unforeseen event. This was explained and we provided two vans for the same cost of the original one. No extra fees. We have designated parking lots at the airports we can leave the vans for pick-up or returns for customers who arrive or depart after business hours. A very simple process.

Rental went very smooth, both pick up and return. Vehicle was as advertised (12 pax van).
The staff was prompt and courteous, I liked that they were ready when we were and had a sense of time urgency like we needed. The lady we dealt with was super nice and answered all questions really fast. We had students waiting and they really hustled to get us in and out. The van was in great condition. The only thing that would have been nice would have been meeting us at the airport when we needed to drop off the vans.
