The back half of the van was so hot the girls were complaining and wanted to get out. We were in 105+ weather and the AC unit was NOT sufficient to cool the van full of passengers. They were NOT comfortable and that seems ridiculous for over $1,000.
Agency reply:
If we were contacted during the rental and notified there was a problem after the rental, we could have possibly replaced the rental. The van was serviced after this return and the AC was in good working condition. This van had less than 17,000 miles at the time of this rental.
I was not told at time of rental that we would have to wait for shuttle. I ended up driving myself to pick it up. The van was in poor shape and had water stains on a lot of the seats. The insurance was overpriced and left me worried about small scratches and dents being extra. I had to drive myself back to the airport and park the van because there were no shuttle drivers even though I communicated ahead of time when I'd be coming.

I had requested an 8 passenger van and one was not available. A 15 passenger van was substituted for the same price and worked out great! The delivery and pick up went smoothly and on time! I would recommend United Van Rentals without hesitation!

get closer to Vegas Strip, or offer pick up at my hotel. Van drop off to me would work also. If this was available I was not told.

I would never rent from this agency again. They did not provide the van requested under contract. In addition, there were unexplained fees, couldn't get a straight answer on anything, and unwilling to work with us. Unprofessional and unknowledgeable. They made us pick up the van in a random garage and dropped it off in a random parking lot. Not a legit place to rent a vehicle. Stay away from this company.

The van that was reserved became unavailable through an unforeseen event. This was explained and we provided two vans for the same cost of the the original one. No extra fees.
