Expensive for what it was. Full tank of gas returned and charged 40$ for gas. Already expensive but ridiculous to be charged an extra 40$ after driving 3 miles from a gas station to return.

They’re incompetent and lack basic inventory management skills. Less than 24 hrs prior, 15 reservations were canceled via email. It’s a costly mismanagement action on their part but I am the one to suffer. We had to scramble at the last minute to figure out transportation for our trip. A refund alone wouldn’t adequately suffice; I still haven’t received it. We spent more money on Plan B. Had roles reversed canceling would’ve been very costly for us. You’ll regret booking w/AVR- DONâ€
