I especially appreciate the excellent customer service from Tracy: on the scheduled pick-up day, he called me in the morning to notify my reserved van has some issue and he asked me if I can come in a little bit late. In less than two hours I got another call that they've switch vehicle and ready for me to pick it up. The vehicle stayed in good condition throughout my trip.

Very good overall experience. Very good communication. Van was as expected. Office was closed when I brought back the van, but check-out was as expected. Based on my experience, would rent with UVR again.
