Tracy was very helpful he was so kind we were coming from Texas and arriving after office would have closed he had the van waiting for us at the rental property. he also checked to see if everything was good for us, yes I will recommend others to rent from United Van Rental and if I come back to Anaheim Ca. will rent from you again it made the Disneyland experience great since it was so hard to rent vehicles but had been communication with Tracey for months

I had a fantastic experience! It was odd going through the process completely virtual, but I was pleasantly surprised! The van was ready, clean, and easy to find. It would be nice if there were shuttle service to and from the airport; however, the rental place is extremely close to the airport.
