The rate was unbeatable! But you get what you pay for. The van was in rough shape with rips, tears, bumps and bruises everywhere. Drop off and pick up were easy and instructions were clear. Hotel were you pick up the rental is 11 minute from the airport, so make sure you arrange for an uber or friend to drive you over. If you don't mind a van with some character for a good price, this is a good choice!

We have do have 2022 Mercedes Benz Sprinters available for rent. The new Ford Transits are not available until later this year. You chose to rent the older vans we have at a discounted price. The new vans are more to rent. Our office is two miles north of the airport. .5 miles from the strip.

It was an easy pickup at the LAX Economy Parking lot. Just be aware that you will need to pay the parking lot fee from the time the vehicle arrives in the parking lot to when you pick it up. Send someone for the van immediately after you get off the plane to shorten the time it’s in there.
I wasn’t expecting to pay an $11 fee.
I can’t express how satisfied we were with our rental. When trying to find a reasonable solution for our family of 7 and luggage the traditional rental companies weren’t an option. United made everything easy and the vehicle was perfect. Thank you!!
My rental was one week. I was expecting 200 miles per day but at the end i only got 1000 free miles. Too late to back out of contract. Got charged the 499 miles extra. Not happy about that coz i calculated my miles before I rented and iknow iwas going to have about 1500 on my trip. It says unlimited miles then it went to 1200 miles and then changed to 1000 miles.
Company is an excellent business to rent from had zero issues from them, if I'm in the states again I will be renting from them again.
