It was a great experience start to finish. Van was exactly what we needed. It was waiting for us and the drop-off was a breeze. Definitely will rent again.
Had Problems with the brakes on the front end 5 days into the rental. However they delivered a replacement van right to our motel the next morning. There was a lot of signing of paperwork but we were taken care of. We did have to return the van to their office the next morning to trade out for our original van again. After that no problems really. I felt like the price was a bit for the value received, However was in line with other prices I had found while searching for van rentals.
This was a good van. A bit hard to find exactly where van was parked but workable in the end. The office personel were available & helpful & personal! I liked them!

Good rental service!
The pick up and drop off was really smoothly executed. They honored all requests, location pick up, van type (they originally said that it might not be available, but they somehow made it happen, thank you!), and amount of car seats. I originally was going to book the 15 passenger van as we weren't sure if more people were going to be joining us. But after they heard our concerns about the amount of luggage we were bringing, they suggested we book 12 passenger van instead and it was perfect!
Tony has great customer service and communications skills. I will definitely be doing business with again! Thank you.

Renting from UVR was the best rental experience I've ever had. The staff were kind and courteous and always quick to respond to my questions. They always gave detailed and thorough information and instructions when it came for pick up and drop off of the vehicle. Thank you so much United Van Rentals!
Tracy was very helpful he was so kind we were coming from Texas and arriving after office would have closed he had the van waiting for us at the rental property. he also checked to see if everything was good for us, yes I will recommend others to rent from United Van Rental and if I come back to Anaheim Ca. will rent from you again it made the Disneyland experience great since it was so hard to rent vehicles but had been communication with Tracey for months
