Van was great for my family
The vehicle had 100,000 miles and it behaved like one! very loud sound and was very old. I requested for a newer better vehicle but was asked if I wanted to cancel my reservation rather than looking for any options.
Everything was super easy, the van was perfect for our group, and it couldn't have been better!

Very unprofessional. When you book a van, they send you an email letting you know that your reservation isn't confirmed until an associate gets back to you. I booked the van on Friday for the up coming Sunday and no one ever called to confirm the reservation. I called multiple times, left a voicemail. I emailed the general email and also the "business manager" Louis. No one ever got back to me. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service.
The original vehicle I requested was not available but they were able to give me a different vehicle. The one that we got is more pricey than the original one that I requested but since that one is not available, I went ahead and booked the one that they have. Booking was very easy and they gave us good instructions on how to pick up and return the vehicle contactless.
Got upgraded at no extra cost.
Tony was very helpful and responded to inquiries on a timely manner.
I've rented a 12 passenger vehicle as there were 9 of us. We didn't get picked up from and to the airport. So we took 2 taxis to and from the rental. Only 1 taxi fare was reimbursed to the rental and 1 taxi fare from the rental to the airport.
Other than that, I would highly recommend!!
We will definitely be using this rental agency again. Very helpful. Great experience!
