I posted a Google review of this experience. Van rental agent focused on needs and not necessarily what was available. Tracy P. did a great job in communication every step of the way. Ensure van was there before flight arrived and followed several times to ensure it meet my needs. IMHO there this is the only place for van rental needs.

My experience during reservation was great up until we were driving the van. I’m very disappointed in the fact that the van was clearly not inspected, to ensure we were being given a safe vehicle. This van had a patched up tired that kept deflating, causing us to have to pay for the tire to be repatched and having to make multiple stops to keep inflating the tire. On top of that we are still waiting to be credited back for the out of pocket money we had to spend on the patching of the tire.

How can you possibly say that the van your rental van was not inspected? All of our vans are diligently inspected and cleaned between each rental. The tires on your van were at 75% new. At our inspection of the van for your rental, we found a nail in the middle of the tire tread. We brought the van to a very reputable, nation wide tire shop for repair. Unfortunately, the tire plug failed. When you called us about the low tire pressure, we advised to bring it to a tire shop. The tire was fixed. We credited you the cost of the repair and the tire pressure gauge you purchased to your rental contract. When your van was returned, I personally spoke to the driver of your van and he said you guys had a great time and will rent from us again. Please get all the facts before you post a false review.
The rental services was great. I wish they could upgrade their units to the most recent models of all available rental van units that they have and also add more units for every van available for rent

Thank you for the review. We have been unable to get new vans for the last two years. Manufactures stopped making them. Do I need to say why. The end of last July, we received 14, 2022 Mercedes Benz Sprinter vans. The first on the market. We are still waiting on the new Ford Transits. Hopefully by the fourth quarter of this year. Please don't write negative reviews when you don't understand what you are posting about!
Personable small outfit at the John Wayne Airport [SNA]. Easy in and out compared to the large rental companies.

The rate was unbeatable! But you get what you pay for. The van was in rough shape with rips, tears, bumps and bruises everywhere. Drop off and pick up were easy and instructions were clear. Hotel were you pick up the rental is 11 minute from the airport, so make sure you arrange for an uber or friend to drive you over. If you don't mind a van with some character for a good price, this is a good choice!

We have do have 2022 Mercedes Benz Sprinters available for rent. The new Ford Transits are not available until later this year. You chose to rent the older vans we have at a discounted price. The new vans are more to rent. Our office is two miles north of the airport. .5 miles from the strip.
