Everything went smooth and staff was helpful
We did have one small problem with the car. The tire pressure light came on and stayed on. One tire was somewhat underinflated, and I did add air, which didn't change the light. I don't know if there was anything to do, except take it to a dealer, which I really didn't want to because of limited time. The person we spoke to by telephone about this problem was helpful.
Service was great, car rental price was great, but the car needed work. The visor was falling apart, the seats were stained, and the car was clean, but it felt like the car needed some servicing because the brakes felt unsafe, lastly, it also had a lot of cosmetic exterior damage. They were willing to switch our car, but we had driven away and were in the LA area.
Professional and courteous. One time and friendly. Would use them again and recommend them to friends

We enjoyed renting from your company, they picked us up at the airport and dropped us off when we returned. The car was clean and the agent was accommodating. We will rent again from you guys for sure.

I had an issue with the original car I picked up and I called the office and they told me to come in and they would give me another car. They were very nice and accommodating to my needs to make sure I was safe while driving their car.
Our first time flying in to John Wayne Airport.....United was perfect for our needs 🙂
The car I rented was a Mitsubishi Mirage. It felt lightweight and tinny. The engine had a difficult time attaining 65 mph freeway speed, especially uphill, and even in the right hand lane vehicles were trying to pass. Not a good fit for SoCal freeways.
