I really liked these folks/business.
I found it better than renting from a big name company
The folks at United Auto Rental were fantastic: they picked us up at the airport, walked around the rental car with us, and even gave us a courtesy call on the day of return to let us know when their last shuttle to the airport was (we weren't going to the airport after returning the car, but it was great that they called us to let us know!). When we returned the car, everything was quick & efficient, too. Great job all around.
All was good although the site was a challenge to find
Out plane and hotel situations were absolute disasters for this trip, United Auto Rental nearly made up for it being being fast, courteous, and professional.
