I received a confirmation email the morning I was to pick up the rental , so I took an uber . It was raining very hard. When I got there I was told that they were sold out. I showed them the confirmation email, but it made no difference to them. I asked if they would at least get me a ride home. I was given the same answer "we are sold out" unquote. It was obvious to me that they didn't care or were going to help. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Overall, an awesome experience.
Upon arrival the guy said they don’t have any vehicle available which mess up my plans. I had booked one month in advance and it was their duty to fulfill it. I will never rent from them and will not recommend anyone. Ridiculous service.
The car was much older and had more mileage than the previous cars we have rented. We do this every year for a nonprofit organization for a Santa Claus parade in San Bernardino California
