This was not a big name company so I was skeptical and then pleasantly surprised. Quick pickup, was in and out at pickup in less than 5 minutes, car was clean and performed well, and price was a few dollars less than the quote. Recommend this location of United!

United prices were at least $100 less than the other rental agencies on Kayak. Way to go!
I had to change my flight to the next day d/t their hours even though I requested 10pm at booking. Also not open for a shuttle ride to drop off in the morning. Gas tank wasn't full. That's poor service and I find it a shady practice. I paid more than $40 a day for a damaged vehicle with stains all over the seats. They were very nice and prompt when I did arrive but their hours caused me a lot of hassle even though I requested certain hours at booking.
