Car & customer service were great.... Once we found them! Airport shuttle drivers took us in circles- terminal to car rental lot and back again. On drop off, @ 5 AM, we drove in circles again, car rental return garage attendants had never heard of them and had no idea where address was to which we had been directed (across street ). Almost missed our flight once we found lot and got shuttle back to terminal. Suggest being MUCH MORE specific in directions to find rental office and return lot.

They gave me a vehicle that died on me while I was driving. There's no 24hr emergency line and the number that is there is obviously ignored (Never called back). They ruined my plans for that day and it was pure luck that my friend and weren't in a worse driving situation such as the freeway. I should've checked the Yelp reviews. I'm never using them again and I'm never using your site again. You get what you pay for.

Great service! I chose this company simply based on the best quoted price for my rental but I got an a amazing service. Alex, at the phone and desk, sincerely went above and beyond... much more than I normally expect from a service company. I hope his employers recognize his genuine good effort. Thanks, bud!
