I received unbelievable customer service and a great daily rate from United Auto Rental and would absolutely rent from them again!
Jacob and his team were outstanding. I would have liked a one hour grace period but, that's fine...I was late.
Great and help us save money so no matter what kind of rental car like Avis, national or dollars are cost more money but I am appreciate that guy told us unlimited mileage! Next time we trip again. They respect us and everyone too..
Driver who picked us up, Martin/Martine (?), was excellent. We were disappointed, however, that we had to squeeze him into our rental car for our ride back to the airport. You should really have minivans for driving families back to the airport. Squeezing a full grown adult into the middle of the backseat between 2 kids in carseats is an unpleasant experience.

This was my first time renting a vehicle and United Auto Rental made it easy and hassle free. The vehicle was reliable and comfortable and my family who were visiting from England and I loved it. I will definitely use this company again!

Had to leave windows down,when the air con was turned on the smell came out.Didnt have time to return it
The fact that United Rentals is renting cars with over 100K miles and not disclosing that fact to people before they rent is poor business, I will not rent from United Rentals again. The Nissan I was given was in fair condition at best, interior lights did not work, wiper blade torn and trans did not shift properly, sorry to say I will not use this company again!!!!! I will also advise the person who arranges travel for my company not to rent from United Rental in the future. VERY DISAPPOINTED !
