Mostly positive experience. Likes: Picked up and delivered back at the airport in car you rent so you don't have to move luggage from shuttle to car and vise versa. Nice, helpful staff.
Didn't like: Phone call a few days ahead of when the car was due back in the morning waking me up to ask if I plan to return the car earlier. If you're going to call, make it later in the day, but assume I am going to keep the car if I reserve the days.
Weather stripping kept falling off on 2 doors.

The vehicle provided was an upgrade from the one I selected, and the staff were prompt and courteous at all times. The price quoted was a better deal than that offered by the larger rental companies at the San Diego Airport. All around, United offered an excellent value with excellent service.
Car was pretty worn down-needed maintenance on wipers and smelled of smoke

The only downside was my reservarion wasnt found in the syatem, but in the ens it all worked out, I was still able to get a car
