Very pleased with the service I received. The guys at the pickup and counter were A+. The car had 88,000 miles on it and had several body damage issues. In addition it must have been a smokers car as the smell was overpowering despite the chemical they used to mask the odor.

No car was available upon arriving I had to rent Dollar car rental instead for a day. Next day a more expensive rent was available only!

I was really pleased with my overall experience, especially the friendliness and business like attitude of the staff. I was in a rush to get to the airport (as it turned out, there was actually plenty of time), and they were very efficient.
