Vehicle was filthy, no washer fluid, vehicle alignment poor (car vibrated at speeds above 65)..,, did I say the car was filthy, gross!
Fist car offered was stained and dirty. Can we took had over ،100,000 miles on it. Clunky driving and broken air conditioning. We had to wait for pick up for about 20 minutes.

We found all the staff to be courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable...we were well pleased with the rental!
Excellent experience!! The employees were fantastic, and even came in 15 minutes early in Saturday to make sure we got to our flight on time. Will definitely use them again.
Alex gave us great service and stayed late to check us in because our flight was delayed from Atlanta. He was very helpful and friendly. We're glad to know that UCR is there as an option for a car rental.
Pickup/dropoff was great. There was a bit of a wait to get the car.

I was not aware that the car rental was offsite so I had to call for a pick up, the offered me a smaller car then I requested and then gave me the bigger one. my flight back was at 7 am but they don't open till 8 am so I had to park it at a park and fly place and they will charge me for that parking . I will never rent from united rental in san diego again
The vehicle was in poor condition. Interior was dirty and had cigarette burns on seats. Mileage on vehicle was 95000. We were very disappointed. We should get some sort of credit for this poor condition. Gloria Gottesman 5099952945.
