Renting with this group was an easy process. They promptly answered my call once I was ready to be picked up and it was a very smooth process getting back to the airport as well. All at 1/3rd the cost of the 'name brand' rental companies. Would recommend this group.

This staff was really great, I like the curb side pick up and drop off. Definitely a better experience than I had renting from one of the agencies at the airport itself. I will definitely be using United Auto Rental every time I fly into Ontario.
The car showed lots of wear and tear, but was clean and ran well. Nothing fancy, but I had no problems with it. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Great experience overall, car had a couple quirks with doors but nothing major & may not have been aware if previous renters didn't notify them.

Alex the "Manager" had the most deplorable attitude. Instead of helping politely with this locations unspecified "rules" he was incredibly rude to my insurance company, myself, and spent more time sitting on his desk, than working with me to help understand this new policy. I would never recommend this location or these services. You should consider dropping them as a partner. Totally takes away from the integrity of your company.
When calling about where to return car the guy on phone very rude. Also strange to be picked up in car instead of an official shuttle- how does a single girl know this is a safe person? Also having to drop off at park shuttle fly lot and being charged for parking seems wrong- 24 hour service should be included.
