Great and courtesy. I have never rented off airport property but took the leap. They picked me up in my car that I was renting,, loaded my bags and took me to the rental location to complete paperwork (about w mile off site) no reason to transfer baggage. No hidden Fees, no issues. I rented the car for 16 days and plan to rent again from them when I travel back out. The car isn't a new car maybe a year or so old but no issues and no complaints. Great Manager and store associates.
This car felt very dangerous to drive. Shaky steering and brakes and hard to control above 50 mph. Mileage was 98,000 - get this off the road! Truly frightening. The car hadn't been washed in ages and it stunk inside like bad air freshener. All surfaces were dirty. We seriously wondered if the car might have been stolen, and if this was a legit rental agency. This off-airport outfit should NOT be allowed in any public search engines and I'd never use this or your booking portal again.
Vehicle was filthy, no washer fluid, vehicle alignment poor (car vibrated at speeds above 65)..,, did I say the car was filthy, gross!
Fist car offered was stained and dirty. Can we took had over ،100,000 miles on it. Clunky driving and broken air conditioning. We had to wait for pick up for about 20 minutes.

We found all the staff to be courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable...we were well pleased with the rental!
Excellent experience!! The employees were fantastic, and even came in 15 minutes early in Saturday to make sure we got to our flight on time. Will definitely use them again.
Alex gave us great service and stayed late to check us in because our flight was delayed from Atlanta. He was very helpful and friendly. We're glad to know that UCR is there as an option for a car rental.
Pickup/dropoff was great. There was a bit of a wait to get the car.
