We had a great experience. After just missing the shuttle, an employee came to pick us up personally and then upgraded our car. Will definitely be back and would recommend using this company over the other big car rental brands.
This was a great rental car service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Very competitive rates also. Would definitely use again next time I am in San Diego.
My flight was very late getting in . Staff called and left message evening while I was airborne to seek me out since they were due to close at 8pm and flight arrived much later. Once on ground, personnel came to airport after business hours and picked me up and got me on my way . Very happy with service. Very helpful; very friendly. More than I expected. Thanks again guys
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Loved that that I was dropped off at the door with the same rental car. United is the best overall value and I plan to rent from them again when I’m in the area. 5 starts
No one answered door to provide rental. Stood at door for 10 minutes. Saw someone in back office. Did not get a rental at this site due to no service available
Good experience
The car we rented was am older model with lots of miles, but well maintained and we had no problems with it. The staff were friendly and personable. I would definitely use them again. So much easier than the big name chains.

The car was ‘upgraded’ to a small suv, for safety. But I was disgusted by the strong smell of cologne or cleaner that was used. When that smell went away it smelled strong of something else, not quite sure what. The seats were very stained as well. It seemed more like borrowing someone’s car that had toddlers than renting a car from a rental company.
Also, they need to find a better way of telling people they are not located with the other rental cars. It is confusing & frustrating.
The staff was professional and courteous.
