The check engine light comes on after a few days so I called the office. I was told it was due for service. Why would you rent a car due for service? I was in the middle of my vacation and was expected to come to the office and return for another vehicle! Why should I interrupt my vacation that was planned for over a year and have to take time out for that. I don't feel like they made an effort to assist me. I worried about the car all week! No peace of mind, so not fair.

Gas at 3/4, dirty car, didn’t seem in good repair. Would only use again if cheapest option.

A few issues with the car, but were minor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pickup and dropoff at the airport was prompt. Will definitely rent from them again.
