unbelievable that the staff did not wait for their last customer and closed for the day, even though they knew that someone is coming to rent a car. there can always be delays!!
terrible staff on the next day when we wanted to pick up the car. thankfully a colleague took over who tried to calm us down.
The only reason why we still rented from them was because it's the cheapest choice under 25. But I would never rent again from this place.
Only the right rear speaker in the car worked, and the engine vibrated moderately whenever accelerating at highway speeds. Otherwise great value!
the agency is helpful even the vehicle's condition is sometimes not so good. But I will rent it again and suggest my friend to rent their cars.
i would prefer to be picked up from the airport itself specially in a strange city with luggage and kids after long flight.
