Unfortunately the booklet at the airport tells people to take the Thrifty shuttle to the Super Cheap and when we told this to the customer service representative, they became very defensive and even rude -- chiding us for not reading the email thoroughly. This was true, but we just wanted to alert them that the booklet at the airport information desk was incorrect. Otherwise the other staff we spoke / emailed with were very prompt and courteous. And the car treated us very well! Thank you

My husband did the reservation and I had my doubts, but it turned out otherwise. Car was excellent, people are friendly and honest, no extra charges, hidden fees! Will highly recommend their company.

I truly appreciate this car rental agency. This was my second time using their services and I was completely satisfied. Although I am under 25 and this agency's policy for no extra charges for drivers above the age of 21 was very appealing, I have rented from other car rental agencies in the past. But none were as courteous and helpful as this one. I have nothing but positive reactions regarding my experiences with this agency and have recommended this agency to others.
