Rental process is quick and easy.
The person who picked me up was a very nice guy. He made the whole process quick and easy. I was disappointed when I returned the car, however. The woman working was a bit rude to me and made me uncomfortable. I was originally told if I returned the car by 15 till noon I could get a courtesy ride back to airport. I returned at 11:38am and the woman scoffed at me for "being late". Apparently you have to be back by 11:30 (not what I was told). I'll pay more for a different company next time.
everything was terrific. jessica picked me up from the airport and gave me the car promptly. i filled up the gas and returned the vehicle on saturday evening.
Everything was perfect. Well, the car not so perfect, but it had just some dents of which Steve and Jessica are aware. I think this company is the best choice for renting a car at SFO. Even if they are not located in the airport, they provide transport service to/from their location, 10 minutes away from terminals (the same time needed to take the airtrain).

I must admit I was hesitant to go outside of my normal car rental companies, but y'all did a fantastic job from start to finish. This includes: being picked up/ dropped off promptly, super helpful staff, and best of all it was the lowest rate for SFO and was exactly was advertised on my bill. Will recommend to friends and family visiting while I'm here. Thanks again!
