This was the best car rental experience I've ever had. The owner is there working often and actually cares about customer service, is super helpful and makes everything easy, fast and painless. Why can't other rental car places operate like this one? No hard sells for anything either. Don't let the unknown name fool you- this place is best case scenario and you won't regret the choice.
Travelling from Canada, I had no phone, so at the pickup location I couldn't call. So I had to walk with all my heavy bags to the rental. Other than that, satisfied

I am so very impressed with this company! To others considering renting from them I highly recommend them! Avis, Hertz and the others have to pay enormous sums of money for fancy facilities, airport shuttle buses, airport counter services, newest cars, etc., etc., which is why they charge 30% to 40% more. We just needed a super low cost rental for my wife and daughter to drive while I was in the bay area on business. Steve, and Jessica were very friendly, helpful and courteous.
