I was given a better car than i had reserved. You just have to call when you arrive and they will meet you, so easy.

First time using a smaller agency and it was great. Shuttle was prompt and friendly. Car was clean and new. Saved a great deal of money on the rental and it was more personal than the bigger ones. Highly recommend.
